Senior government officer is under fire after fightin
g his brother and throwing him out of a government owned house in Entebbe municipality.
Patrick Noah Ochiba and also senior officer at the Lake Victoria Environmental Mgt Project – Entebbe is at the center of controversy after making family members curse him over fighting for a government owned apartment.
“It was on the 8th Dec 2021, when Mr. Ochiba Patrick Noah hired security agents and court brokers to throw out his own brother identified as Warom Charles, 52yrs and his family from a government owned house over Entebbe Secondary School” , says report.
“We have highly established that Mr Ochiba is born by the late Ovuru Nekencha and late Anna Ochanya from Ambere village in Nebbi but how can he fight his own brothers with all the accumulated wealth smelling on him”……said family source.
Ochiba hired security agents including police officers and court brokers before kicking out his brother from house no. 56 in Manyango quarters.
Ochiba has bad heart despite disguising in church with a historical background after the imprisonment of his other brother identified as Bogga Phillip now rotting in Luzira.
“Bogga Phillip was arrested 2yrs ago after Mr. Ochiba mounting another fight with family members over land in Nebbi following a bloody squabble with relatives”, says report.
Before Mr. Ochiba accumulating wealth, he used to reside in the same government house owned by Entebbe Municipal Council but it’s funny at his age to fight his own blood brothers with all the stinking wealth hovering around him and I can’t imagine, said family.
“How can he fight his blind brother and throw his property on the streets because of a house that even doesn’t belong to him”, said municipal report.
In 2019, there was heated fight after Mr Ochiba walking to court and ended up losing the legal battle over the same Manyago housing estate government house.
” He has alot of wealth but how can he fight his own relatives to jailing them over these earthly world and yet you claim to be holy before the altar at the St. Johns church honestly…..lets cry these tear but one day GOD will reward you like you have tortured us in this world to live like insects”,recorded comments.
