15 Entebbe Municipality residents are feeling lucky and smiling from the bottom of their hearts. This comes after 15 NAADS cows were handed over to them under the operation wealth creation campaign. Entebbe Municipality NAADS Coordinator Col. James Male handed over the healthy looking cows to the residents and appealed to them to utilize the cows to fight poverty and improve their house hold incomes.
