Socialite and businesswoman Zari Hassan has opened up on speculations suggesting that she had undergone cosmetic surgery on her face.
A few days back, Zari Hassan shocked netizens when she appeared on social media in a series of videos with a whole new face makeover.
In the videos, the skin on her face appeared to have been pulled tightly towards the sides of her forehead, causing her eyes to come out stretched upwards.
Following the numerous comments, Zari, during an interview with a Bukedde TV reporter, confirmed the speculations that she had a facelift.
Addressing the recent viral videos, however, the mother of five revealed that she had just had her makeup done on that day, which exaggerated her looks.
She confirmed that she spent a lot of money to get her new look, and despite the criticism, she was confident that she still looked good.

“They should leave my face alone. This is the face of money. Besides the videos that went viral had a lot of makeup in them, which was a bit exaggerated. But as you can see, I lifted a little bit, and I look nice. Regardless of the makeup, people should know that I’m still a beautiful woman,” she noted.
This is not the first cosmetic surgery that Zari has undergone, as she mentioned that she had a tummy tuck to remove the fat in her stomach area.
