Ykee Benda Hints at His Music Album, Potentially his Last Secular Release Before Focusing on Gospel Music.

Mpaka Records boss and musician Ykee Benda is planning to release his next music album and is letting his fans know what to expect when the masterpiece drops.

Taking to his X/Twitter handle, Ykee Benda revealed he was energized and ready to drop the much-anticipated studio album. Without providing many details, he noted that it could be his last secular album before he focuses on faith-based music. 

Ykee confessed that he was raised in a born-again family but personally embraced that faith in 2021 during the COVID-19 lockdown.

He is affiliated with Phaneroo Ministries, a journey that he says has changed his lifestyle, including the company he keeps and the places he visits.

Ykee, who promised to go all gospel with his music, was well received by his fans, who hailed him for the bold decision.

The upcoming album will be part of the celebrations to mark Ykee Benda’s tenth anniversary in the music industry. This will be accompanied by a mega concert, which he said would take place either late 2025 or early 2026.
