    Uganda records highest number of COVID-19 as 94 new cases recorded with 3 deaths reported

    The Ministry of Health has announced that 3 more Ugandans have died of COVID-19 as 94 new cases are recorded, the highest the country has recorded in a single day since the outbreak. 
    Results of COVID-19 tests done on 19 August 2020 confirm 94 new cases.
    This brings the total confirmed COVID-19 cases of Ugandans to 1,750.
    Uganda has recorded 3 new COVID-19 deaths bringing the total COVID-19 deaths to 19 with total Recoveries of 1,194.
    Recently the country has seen surge in the spread of virus and lockdown could reinstated to avoid catastrophe.
