Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Entebbe Branch) organized the Fourth (4th) Entebbe Business Summit at the Peniel Beach Hotel Entebbe on the 8th July 2022 under the Theme of the Event: Opportunities in Entebbe.
The purpose of the Summit is to engage the local residents of Entebbe, different government sectors and private businesses to have a shared vision and contribute ideas towards the development of Entebbe city.
Entebbe has a niche and a competitive advantage, an indication that Entebbe is a place to invest and innovate.
Prof. Charles Kwesiga, the Executive Director of Uganda Industrial Research Institute (UIRI) as the Key Note Speaker presented the strategies to sustainably industrialize Entebbe City and he encouraged Ugandans to make products which will create sustainability.
He also encouraged the summit participants and potential partners to visit the Machining Manufacturing Industrial Development Skills Centre at Namanve and they get to see the advanced technology in Uganda.
