The Late Constantine Odongo Okino’s children are embroiled in a deadly fight for prime property located on Plot 8 Hill Road, Entebbe Town.

Our snoops recently caught wind of the war brewing after one of the children Benjamin Odongo was arrested for “criminal trespassing” onto his own late father’s property, a case which was opened by Susan O’dongo,  Moses Okino and their mother Sophie Caroline Odongo.

The late Odongo Okino sired children in 2 marriages, some from the first wife and the rest from the second wife Sophie Caroline Odongo.

It is alleged that after the death of  Odongo Okino, the children from the second marriage connived with their mother and made a transfer of the land title without the rest of the children knowing.

It is also alleged that Moses Okino went and hired a security guard.

This security guard was also allegedly given standing orders to shoot anyone who tried to access the property at night including the children that are living on the premises.

Police was involved, and the guard was arrested and when questioned, he allegedly said that he was given the orders by Moses Okino, when Moses was contacted with those allegation, his response was “A dead person doesn’t talk”

This is weird given the fact that the people who would have been shot dead are his relatives.

It is also alleged that letters of administration for the said property must have been forged by Susan Odongo.

It is alleged that the siblings from the first marriage are green about it and weren’t party to signing / witnessing anything in regards with those documents, they suspect that  she used her ministry of justice  job and connections to forge the letters and make her mother the administrator without having a family meeting.

There are a lot of things that are allegedly wrong in the family and allegations continue piling including , that  the late Odongo Okino’s gratuity was received and eaten by a few (Mother and Children from the 2nd marriage).

Its alleged that the same thing is is being done to the rental property that the late owned, and that money is being collected in terms of Rent but isn’t shared with other family members.

We only hope that this doesn’t escalate any further leading to more damage to both property and people.
