Entebbe and Makindye Ssabagabo coordinator for President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s campaign rallies Hon. Jovia Namaara Tugume surpassed the bare-minimum scores with aggressive successful antics that lured thousands of NRM supporters and well-wishers at the Works Playground, Entebbe Municipality on Monday, 5th January 2026.

Alongside the Mayor of Entebbe Municipality His Worship Fabrice Brad Rulinda, and other mobilizers, Hon. Tugume pulled it off to perfection.
“I am honoured and humbled to have been part of the coordination team that organized a successful campaign rally at the Entebbe Works playground as President Museveni campaigned. Together with other senior party leaders, the president addressed a record crowd that we can not underestimate and take for granted. We thank every team effort and the supporters who turned up” Hon. Tugume revealed.

Prior to the rally proper, there were aggressive drives right from Makindye Ssabagabo, Kajjansi Town Council, Katabi Town Council to Entebbe Municipality, politely reminding the masses about this crucial campaign rally.
As early as 5 am in the morning, the groundwork had been already laid with security, the main stage and everything fully in place.
The spectators thronged the venue well in time to receive the NRM party presidential flag bearer who seeks re-election come the 15th January 2026 during the presidential and general elections.

President Museveni’s message to the electorate in Entebbe Municipality, Busiro South and Makindye Ssabagabo was solid, direct but simple – consolidate the positives garnered over the years under the theme “Protecting the Gains”.

He also campaigned for the different NRM flag bearers in the respective positions of leadership before he handed over the flags.
There were also converts from other parties as National Unity Platform (NUP), Forum for Democratic Change (FDC), Democratic Party (DP) and others.
This is a clear manifestation signal that the message of hope was far-fetched and it reached the intended target.
Who can not wait for the voting day on 15th January 2026.
