The Former Chief Executive Officer of Uganda Airlines Cornwell Muleya has been arraigned before Buganda Road Court and charged with disobedience of Orders of the Inspectorate of Government.
The Zambian National appeared before grade one magistrate Asuman Muhumuza and pleaded not guilty to the said offence.
He was however granted a 1.5 Million cash bail and ordered to return to court on the 25th of July as investigations.
Cornwell Muleya was arrested by the Inspectorate of Government yesterday and he was the CEO until April 2021 when the minister of Works and Transport,Gen.Edward Katumba Wamala fired him with President Museveni calling Investigations to be carried out in his alleged corruption allegations.
