Singer Stecia Mayanja has responded to her ex-husband Kitaka’s public cry to have her back in his life.
Kitaka, in a recent interview, confessed his love for his ex-wife Stecia, revealing that it broke his heart when she decided to walk away from their marriage.
He claimed that she was the love of his life and would still wait for her to make up her mind.
Stecia Mayanja, during an interview with Spark TV, slammed Kitaka’s pleas, noting that he took their love for granted and only realized her value after she had left him. She alleged that he had many partners during their marriage, advising him to settle for one of them.
Stecia emphasized that she wouldn’t go back to her ex, maintaining that they were sticking to co-parenting.
“We are just raising our children. It is not good to keep going back to your exes. If I leave someone, I leave for good. The problem is they realize very late after we have known our worth. But I still respect him. There are very many other young girls out there. Kitaka got me at a very young age of 22. Right now I’m 41; we cannot still be on the same thing,” she said.

Stecia further revealed that she was happily married to someone who loved her so much, noting that her mystery husband would not be happy seeing her engaging in conversations concerning her past.
“I got my own man and I’m doing well. My husband will be bitter with me for speaking about my past. Men should learn how to handle women; not waking up after we have moved on. I’m happily married. I’m content and I do not want to annoy my husband,” she said.
