Singer Sheebah Karungi has heaped praise on her baby daddy and London-based events promoter Jaffer Suleiman for being a good father.
Sheebah, during the latest episode of her ‘Let’s Talk About It’ podcast, expressed her appreciation to Jaffer for being a present father to their son, Amir.
Having given birth at 35, the singer revealed that she took her time because she wanted to bring a child into this world for a man who was responsible.
According to Sheebah, she was raised by a single mother and never got to experience the love of a father. With this, she wanted her child to experience having a father figure and is grateful to Jaffer, who she says has been present.
“This is for real men, and I’m honored that I gave birth for a real man. I took my time and my decision was not out of desperation that I was looking for someone to take care of me, no. I was looking for a man who would be a dad that I never had. I grew up without a father and I wouldn’t bring my child in this world to be raised without a father. I’m proud of everyone out there who is a good father figure to your children. We love you, we appreciate you, we repset you. All those men who take care of their children regardless of the kind of jobs you do, you keep sacrificing for your children,” she said.
Sheebah and Jaffer have shared several documented happy moments with their son, which have been shared publicly.

These include trips in and outside Uganda, celebrations, family moments, and the recent one being Amir’s first day at school, where they were both happily involved.
