Renowned music producer Muhumuza Ian famously known as Ian Pro is currently homeless after being evicted by his landlord.
According to the Landlord’s lawyers, Jason & Co. Advocates, Ian pro has been playing hide and seek for over ten months.
The lawyer further mentioned that the producer asked for two weeks to clear the rent arrears to nil, but the period elapsed without paying a single penny.
Ian Pro entered a tenancy agreement with his landlord during the pandemic lockdown and he was obliged to cough UGX 900K every month.
He, however, breached the agreement, compelling the house custodians to lock his belongings inside the house.
The producer who is currently in South Africa revealed to Spark TV that he is toiling foot and nail to clear the rent arrears upon touching down at the +256 and resume with his business.
He acknowledged being owed chunks of money by his landlord and maintained that he shelved sorting the landlord out after his earnings were sabotaged by unforeseen circumstances.
