Socialite and businesswoman Prima Kadashi has dragged her ex, Geosteady, for advocating for his rights to access his children, Solange and Soraya.
Geosteady was hosted on Sanyuka TV, where he opened up about the struggles he has been through regarding his children. He admitted that he has not set eyes on them ever since he came back from rehab, all because Prima denied him the chance to.
The singer’s remarks triggered Prima’s response upon crossing paths with the baby daddy’s video on social media. She called him out for being a deadbeat, claiming he had no right to access the children since he was not fulfilling his duties as a father.
This is not the first time Prima Kadashi has publicly humiliated Geosteady about child support. Ever since they broke up, she has always taken pride in being a single mom who is solely responsible for the children.
During the interview, however, Geosteady acknowledged that he stopped taking care of his family because she denied him access to them. He further noted that he would resume, but on his own terms, which included not giving Prima the children’s tuition directly.
Men go through a lot because how do you expect someone to take care of children they do not see? Not because they do not want, but because you do not wish to, yet you are the one in need of help. I will put the fees in the account, but not give it to her. Then I will know I’m still taking care of my children, but in my way.
Geosteady acknowledged missing his children daily, but to avoid drama, he chose not to pursue the case further in court.
In my religion, we say everything happens for a reason, and it is for the good. I know God will answer my prayers, including those concerning my children. Every day, I know they want to see their daddy because they talk to everyone about it. They know who their daddy is to them. I miss my kids very much. They are my first love, he said.
