Socialite, beautician, and Geosteady’s baby mama, Prima Kadarshi, shares a piece of advice to all the ladies considering single motherhood by choice.
In a video, Prima Kadarshi urged women to think deeply before leaving their stable relationships in pursuit of ‘independence’.
According to the mother of two, motherhood can be overwhelming and has its challenges that many people don’t realize. She stated that being the primary parent is financially draining.
She says that single mothers need to practice high levels of selflessness, always prioritizing their children’s needs before their own, which can be exhausting.
Things like self-care and one’s desires are put on hold because raising children alone is financially overwhelming. She emphasized that kids come with lots of expenses, such as tuition fees, hospital bills, food, etc.

She therefore encouraged the ladies who have supportive partners not to take it for granted and not to romanticize single motherhood, because it comes with many challenges.
