Miss Uganda 2024-2025, Natasha Nyonyozi, has made the country proud after being crowned the overall winner of the “Beauty with a purpose” award at the 72nd Miss World competition.
Her project, The Nyonyozi Initiative, which focuses on raising awareness and support for children with autism in Uganda, earned her the highest honor for social impact within the pageant.
This winning project was inspired by Natasha Nyonyozi’s younger brother, who is also on the autism spectrum. Through this initiative, she has become an advocate for inclusion and neurodiversity.
Taking to her social media, Natasha dedicated this award to her brother Ethan and every child on the autism spectrum, calling them true heroes.
This win marks a historic moment for Natasha and Uganda on the global stage as she showcased beauty with a purpose, compassion, and leadership.
