The late Ugandan TikTok creator Kayanja Timothy, famously known as Jayden, is set to be laid to rest this Thursday, 24 September 2026.
Jayden breathed his last on 15 September 2026, following a failed bone marrow transplant in India to alleviate his sickle cell health challenges.
Reports suggested that before losing his life, Jayden was choking on hospital bills reportedly amounting to UGX 29.
However, well-wishers stepped in to offer a helping hand, settling the bill and offering to repatriate his body to Uganda to be given a proper send-off.
Ahead of his body’s arrival in Uganda, burial arrangements have been made, starting with a vigil on Tuesday, 22 September 2026 at St. Kizito Catholic Church-Namungoona.
This will be followed by a requiem Mass on Wednesday, 23 2026, at 10:00 AM at St. Kizito Catholic Church, Namungoona, and a vigil thereafter in Sala Village, Wakiso District.

On Thursday, 24 September 2026, a requiem Mass will be held before he is laid to rest at his ancestral burial site in Sala Village, Wakiso District, at 4:00 PM.
