Singer John Blaq was involved in a heated argument with a Bushenyi-based event promoter over the failure to facilitate his accommodation.
In the video available on this website, John Blaq is seen arguing with the promoter over accommodation-related issues.
Amidst resistance, he still stepped on stage and told his fans, who were starting to cause chaos, that he would go ahead and perform despite promoters threatening to assault him.
Blaq pointed out two individuals, a man and his wife, who were responsible for the show and accused them of being unprofessional. He told the crowd to be on the lookout in case anything happened to him and his team, and to hold the pair accountable.

“If I get any problem, blame these two. I want to sing for you but they are trying to fight me. We travel long distances, face many challenges, and survive different accidents to come and sing for our people. I will go ahead and perform but I wanted to expose them first,” he said.
