Media presenter Robin Kisti, real name Robinah Nambooze, has revealed that she is unbothered by people who criticise her for smoking weed.
Robin Kisti, who is currently pregnant, revealed she is still smoking weed as she considers it a drug. She says it has helped her deal with the first-trimester symptoms like nausea.
The ex-login presenter further claimed that in the Western countries where she was raised, weed is legal. She notes that when you use it in the right way, it could cure a number of diseases.
“It prevents nausea so that I do not vomit. I no longer care when people see me as a weed smoker. It is okay. This is because we are in a different generation. In the country where I was raised, weed is legal. From what I have studied, weed is a drug if you use it in the right way. Many people will condemn me, saying I use drugs and I’m spoiled, but it is okay. I use it to cure many things,” she said to Dius of Truth Media.
Robin Kisti’s confessions come shortly after her release from Luzira Prison, where she had been detained on charges of assault on her neighbour. Upon her arrest a week ago, social media was awash with allegations that she was arrested over weed possession. This was backed up by the fact that the authorities scooped a basin with substances suspected to be drugs from her bedroom.

During the interview, Robin Kisti revealed that bloggers spread malicious news. She says they were paid to tarnish her name. However, she confessed that they found her with a little weed in her basin, which she smokes in her bedroom.
