Songbird Irene Ntale has opened up about her current health issues, revealing that she recently underwent surgery for fibroid removal.
Ntale made the revelation in response to a social media post by an influencer discussing her experience with fibroids.
The singer disclosed that she had an open abdominal myomectomy performed through a vertical incision. The surgery was done in June, and she had 30 fibroids taken out.
Sharing an update, Ntale made it clear that the process was carried out in Uganda, noting that she was on her road to recovery and has gradually resumed work.
“4 weeks 4days post op! 30removed! Vertical incision! Healing very well. The first week was hell! The gas pains after surgery! But after that everything starts to slowly feel normal again. Did my surgery in Uganda,” she shared.
