Legendary Afrigo Band singer Moses Matovu’s son, Ibra Matovu, has stepped up to fill his father’s gap after his tragic death.
Ibra Matovu’s decision comes following his father’s involvement in a heated scuffle with Vincent Arnold Nsamba, resulting in his unforeseen death.
Vincent Arnold Nsamba, who is currently behind bars at Luzira Prison, was pushed into killing Moses Matovu over a woman identified as Rose Tumusiime.
Following Matovu’s death and burial in Kyanja, the Afrigo Band, through a press statement, vowed to honor all bookings, revealing that their co-founder Moses Matovu laid a strong foundation, and they are ready to live up to his legacy.

The band has since employed the late singer’s son, Ibra Matovu’s musical skills to give their fans nothing short of an exhilarating performance.
