Over the past decade, Uganda’s media landscape has undergone a remarkable transformation, with digital platforms reshaping how people consume news, entertainment, and public information. Among the young entrepreneurs at the forefront of this shift is Jordan Brayz Ssenoga, the founder of Brayz Media, a digital platform that has steadily grown into one of Uganda’s recognised entertainment and digital media brands.
What began as a passion for storytelling and promoting Uganda’s entertainment industry has evolved into a thriving digital platform that reaches audiences both locally and internationally. Through its website and social media channels, Brayz Media delivers celebrity interviews, breaking entertainment news, music updates, event coverage, lifestyle stories, and digital marketing content.
Over the years, the platform has built a strong online community, attracting more than 320,000 followers on Facebook, over 100,000 YouTube subscribers, and more than 1.4 million followers on TikTok, alongside a growing audience on X and its official website.
Brayz Media’s success has been driven by its consistent focus on Uganda’s entertainment industry. The platform has partnered with some of the country’s biggest artistes, offering publicity, exclusive interviews, music promotion, and event coverage. Among the notable names featured on the platform are Eddy Kenzo, Rema Namakula, Cindy Sanyu, Spice Diana, Lydia Jazmine, and many others.
For Ssenoga, digital media has become a powerful bridge between artists and their audiences, enabling fans to access entertainment news and updates instantly while giving creatives greater visibility for their work. As audience habits continue to shift toward digital consumption, Brayz Media has consistently adapted to remain relevant in an increasingly competitive media environment.

Beyond entertainment reporting, the platform has expanded into digital communications and marketing, working with individuals, brands, organisations, and public figures to strengthen their online presence and engage wider audiences. Through strategic publicity campaigns and digital communication projects, Brayz Media has demonstrated the growing influence of social media in shaping public conversations and brand visibility.
One of the defining moments in the platform’s journey was a meeting between Ssenoga and the Katikkiro of Buganda, Owek. Charles Peter Mayiga. Their discussion centred on the role of digital media in modern society, responsible journalism, cultural preservation, and the responsibility of content creators to produce meaningful and impactful content.
During the engagement, Ssenoga commended the Katikkiro for his leadership and continued contribution to the Buganda Kingdom and national development. In turn, Owek. Mayiga encouraged digital content creators to use their platforms responsibly by producing content that informs, educates, inspires, and positively influences society.

The meeting underscored the growing collaboration between traditional institutions and emerging digital media platforms, highlighting how technology continues to reshape communication while preserving cultural values.
Looking ahead, Ssenoga says Brayz Media remains committed to elevating its storytelling, expanding its entertainment coverage, supporting Ugandan talent, and creating new opportunities through digital innovation.
From covering entertainment news to building partnerships with artistes, brands, organisations, and public figures, Brayz Media’s journey reflects the evolution of Uganda’s media industry, where creativity, consistency, and digital innovation continue to redefine how stories are told, shared, and experienced.
