Singer Henry Tigan has debunked the common belief that celebrities always have multiple relationships at the peak of their career.
Henry Tigan reflected on his love life as a young man at his peak in the music industry. While many assumed he was confident because of his celebrity status, he noted that he struggled to approach women for relationships.
Explaining his character, Tigan revealed he was naturally shy and scared of women based on the stories he always heard from his elders. With this, it was difficult to express his feelings, forcing him to hold back on relationships.
In turn, it was always the women approaching him, and that is how he got his first girlfriend.
“It took a long time to get a girlfriend because I was always afraid of women. I grew up a very shy boy so it took me so long. Unless those who used to disturb me but the woman i was with at first is the one who approached me first. And they always made advances at me but I turned them down because I was afraid of them using me. What saved me were the teachings I got from our elders telling us to avoid women at an early age,” he said.

With time, however, he worked on building his confidence, and as a result, he bagged himself a woman and went on to have children with her.
