Gen Kainerugaba Muhoozi, who is also the Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations, met the delegation which paid a courtesy call on him at the Special Forces Command Headquarters in Entebbe.
Officials said the meeting discussed security and bilateral relations between Uganda and the Czech Republic.
The two countries have been broadening their cooperation in defence and security as well health and agriculture, which constitute the backbone of the Ugandan economy.
Czech companies are well known in Uganda, for instance LINET already exported 300 hospital beds to Uganda and has recently signed a contract to deliver 100 more specialized beds.
In 2020, the Czech government opened a consulate in Uganda in a move to bolster relations between the two countries.
The Czech Republic is highly industrialized, producing agriculture, defense and security machinery as well as in areas of the transport sector which officials say Uganda can highly benefit from.

The Czech delegation was led by Ms. Katerina Sequensova, Director General for Non European Countries, Economic and Development Cooperation of the Czech Republic.
She was accompanied by Jan Spiler, Chief of Intergovernmental Defence Cooperation, Lt. Col. Borijov Jurenka, the Military and Air Defence Attaché, and Mr. Vaclav Prasil, Director of Sub-Saharan Africa.
Additionally, the delegation included Ambassador Nicol Adamcova, Mr. Stephen Kaboyo, the Czech Republic Honorary Consul in Uganda among others.
The meeting was also attended by the Commander of the Special Forces Command, Maj. Gen. BD Mugisha, and other senior SFC officers.
The Czech Republic is a landlocked country located in central Europe. It was part of Austria-Hungary before World War I.
In 1999, Czech Republic became a member of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) and a member of the European Union in 2004.
