Media personality Doreen Nasasira has finally addressed concerns from social media suggesting that she had an underlying health condition, judging by her looks.
For the past few weeks, Doreen has been trending on social media after she said she wouldn’t date a guy who earns way less than her, sparking a controversial online debate.
Dissecting the video, critics pointed out her facial features, claiming that she had an underlying health issue, concluding that she was disabled, sick, or even suffered a stroke.
Doreen, however, spoke to the media, dismissing the claims, bragging about her eyes being attractive, and accusing her haters of spreading false allegations because they disagreed with her opinion.
“I saw them make a cartoon out of me with one eye big and the other small. I want to let them know that my eye is just sexy. These are romantic eyes. The Idlers on social media believe in body shaming. They think I can leave home without looking at myself in the mirror to see that my eyes have a problem. When I wake up in the morning, I look at myself and check every part of my body to see if I’m still alive or every part of my body. Mind the business that pays you. Leave my eyes alone.

She emphasized that she would still not date a man who was financially struggling despite the attacks and insults from social media users. She revealed that it was simply her opinion and wondered why social media was rallied up to the point of body shaming her.
“It was my opinion, and I said it out of the experience I went through. I didn’t advise girls to leave broke men. It was simply my opinion, and it annoyed the broke men on social media,” she said.
