The Chief of Defence Forces and Senior Presidential Advisor on Special Operations, General Muhoozi Kainerugaba, has promoted Brigadier General Felix Kulayigye to the rank of Acting Major General.
Col Deo Akiki, Deputy Director of Defence Public Information, said in a statement on Thursday that the promotion was “due to his excellent long service and representation of UPDF in the public domain.”
