Parliament of Uganda will spend a staggering Shs 39bn on the upgrade of the existing security system and installation of another network in the new chamber under construction. After President Museveni’s directive that universities should carry on with online studies as they await staggered reopening in March, Makerere University Vice Chancellor Prof Barnabas Nawangwe has issued a statement about their next move.
