The Ministry of Health has confirmed 13 new positive cases of COVID-19 caused by Coronavirus. Today, 13 May, 2020, 13 new COVID-19 cases confirmed from 1,741 samples of truck drivers. This brings the total number of COVID-19 cases to 139 in Uganda. A 40-year-old man in Mbarara has been arrested for defiling his four-year-old niece and infected her with HIV/AIDS. Samson Kasasira the Rwizi Regional Police Spokesperson identifies the suspect as Alex Tumusiime. The UPDF deputy spokesperson, Lt. Col.
