BBS Telefayina journalist, Vlogger, and actor Allan Cruz real name Allan Mutalwa has opened the lid on why he declined the position to work at Sanyuka TV.
Following Isaac Kawalya Kaiyz’s resignation from the Uncut programme on Sanyuka Tv, Next Media set out to find the ideal successor.
Allan Cruz was one of the numerous journalists who caught Next Media’s attention and initially consented to move his working equipment from BBS to Sanyuka Tv.
During an interview with media personality Isaac Daniel Katende alias Kasuku, Cruz acknowledged that he contemplated joining Next Media.
He continued by saying that the chance was fantastic and the pay was generous enough to cover his necessities. However, after reading the contract, he had a change of heart and quit the position.
Allan Cruz justified his decision by claiming that the Sanyuka Tv position needed him 24/7, which would force him to stop running his social media tasks.

He further stated that Next Media’s leadership structure was excessively complex, which would make it difficult for him to adapt compared to his current position at BBS Terefayina.
