Media personality Alfa Tymz, real name is Alpha Kato Jingo Hussein, has announced his departure from Galaxy FM/TV after three years.
AlfaTymz’s career started in Jinja, Eastern Uganda, where he was a radio presenter at BABA radio before getting a slot on BABA TV.
He was later hired at the Kansanga-based media outlet Galaxy FM/TV, where he showcased his unmatched media skills.
Alfa Tymz’s skills saw him bag one of the top spots at the station, and before his resignation, he had been acting as brand and promotions manager.
This morning, Alfa Tymz took to his social media platforms to announce his resignation. He deemed his three-year tenure at the station nothing short of growth, fun, and connection.

Based on his Instagram updated bio, Alfa hinted at joining Next Media. According to reports, the media personality will replace Tuff B, who resigned to fulfill his political goals.
Who is Alfa Tymz
Alfa attended King Fahad Primary School, Bugembe Islamic, East High Ntinda, and Kampala University, where he earned his Bachelor’s in Mass Communication.
