Hajat Kulthum Nabunya’s ex-husband, engineer Acram Gumisiriza, has proposed to his new girlfriend after a divorce.
In 2022, Acram Gumisiriza and Hajat Kulthum officially introduced Acram to her parents in a colourful traditional ceremony, before their Nikkah at the Kibuli Mosque in Kampala.
However, their marriage was marred by challenges, before it hit rock bottom with Hajat Kulthum announcing their separation in 2025.
The pair moved on with their lives, with Acram relocating to the US in search of greener pastures. It is here that he opened a new love chapter and was ready to start an empire with his girlfriend, Deasa.

As their love journey progressed, Acram cemented his commitment with a colourful proposal, a signal that he was ready to spend the rest of his life with Deasa.
