Entebbe Resident District Commissioner Rose Mary Kirabira grilled and squeezed the Katabi Subcounty Authority bosses over government youth livelihood funds. The government iron lady roasted the sub-county Bosses including the chairman Gerald Wilson Mukasa in a heated meeting organized at the Abaita Ababiri Market. The community Development Officer Barbara Nakitto was grilled to the bone marrow over mismanaging the government funds and creating lot’s of ghost projects to swindle the cash. She was grilled for several hours over the Shs.19 million that was meant to be disbursed to different youths before the sword was thrown to the sub county secretary Godfrey Kasasa.
