Former state Minister for Health Alex Kamugisha is not a happy man ever since he lost his job a couple of years ago after he was pinned down in the global fund scam. Three former ministers including Jim Muhwezi and Mike Mukula were pinned down over misusing the multibillion shillings project and abuse of office. The trio were charged in the courts of law and later acquitted to walk free in addition to start a new life. Two months ago Muhwezi bounced back on the political scene as minister for information after the big man remembered him and forgot his colleagues who are still burning on Katebe.
We have highly established that while Mukula has quit politics Kamugisha has ventured into several different businesses including a medical facility and a bar in Entebbe. The old man and former government officer is the proprietor of St. Michael Medical centre and lotus bar, all located on the same building.
