Entebbe Municipality Community Development Officer Douglas Muwonge had a rough past week after he was grilled and put on the spot by Resident District Commissioner Rose Kirabira to account for the youth Livelihood funds meant to uplift the hundreds of youth out of the biting unemployment. The government officer was tasked to explain the allocation of the funds as well as present the physical groups that had benefited from the program at the Baraza forum held on Thursday at the Kiwafu Play Ground. The poor fella sweated plasma and panicked without any answer after RDC Kirabira demanded to know why there were no projects on the ground and yet government had sent the funds.
Kirabira who was spitting fire vowed to investigate more on the matter and crack the whip on all government officers who are deliberately failing her boss President Museveni in the operation wealth creation campaign.
