Singer and content creator Winnie Wa Mummy, real name Winnie Nafeero, has ruled out the possibility of getting married or starting a family at this time in her career.
Winnie Wa Mummy, while addressing her fans during a TV show, revealed that, unlike a section of fellow female artists who are starting families, she is not ready to bow to pressure, noting that she is taking her time.
It is here that she candidly shut down rumors that suggested that she was pregnant and expecting her first child.
“I will not get pregnant or start a family now. I’m not even searching for the right person. It was my first time hearing about the rumours claiming I was pregnant, but I’m not yet ready,” she said.
Despite starting as a TikToker and dancer, Winnie has steadily built her music career, releasing several catchy songs like Nana, Daily Menu ft King Saha, Musawo, among others.

She feels her career is at its peak and there is no time to think about marriage and family right now. She agreed with suggestions that she would consider marriage at a later stage in life after putting her music out there.
