The Busoga North Regional Police commander and former Entebbe Airport Police commandant Moses Kafeero is constructing a small crib in Entebbe. The shafting pad according to sources in Bunono Village Katabi will be a three a bedroom house. The light skinned fella who had to dig deep from his pocket to construct the shafting pad has also acquired a Toyota Premio for easy mobility after working for the police force for over 10 years.
