Late Mowzey Radio’s father has made it known that he is unwilling to attend the annual memorial service for his deceased son.

This service and celebrations are annually held at the late singer’s burial site in Kagga Nakawuka, on 1st February where his fans, family and relatives converge to pray for his soul to continue resting in peace.

It should be noted that following Mowzey Radio’s passing, there were disagreements between the father and the mother regarding the location of his burial.

The father desired for his son to be laid to rest at their ancestral burial grounds in Fort Portal but the mother insisted on Nakawuka as the final resting place.

He further expressed his lack of readiness to participate in Mowzey Radio’s memorial service claiming that as a born-again Christian, he does not believe in praying for the deceased.

Furthermore, he emphasized that he cannot even set foot on Radio’s burial ground until he resolves his misunderstandings with his ex-wife, Kasuubo Jane (Radio’s mother).
