Crown Beverages Limited (CBL) has revealed a star-studded team to go along with the hugely rewarding under the crown campaign as a celebration for the ongoing UEFA Champions League.
This campaign is dubbed “Thirsty for more” valued at UGX 1.6 billion.

The reigning FIFA footballer of the year Lionel Messi and Real Madrid stylish winger Vinicus Junior are the stars to steer this campaign.
The campaign will give customers a chance to win exciting prizes such as T-Shirts, caps, headphones, string bags, sodas and others after buying a 300ml returnable glass Pepsi bottle and 330ml max PET bottle.

Meanwhile, the 2023 Pepsi schools’ alumni champions league will continue to excite the passionate football die-hards from the different institutions.
For every Champions League night, the Alumni schools’ league will be played at various confirmed venues.
This league is constituted of the top four teams from eight selected school league to create a league of champions to mirror the UEFA Champions League.

Kings College Budo, Ntare School, Mbarara High School, Kibuli Secondary School, Namugongo Senior Secondary School, Ndejje Senior Secondary school, St Henry’s Kitovu and Makerere College are the schools with teams.
For the first season, the schools were picked randomly and will increase for the subsequent season.

Green Cave (SHACK) leads group A after 2 matches with the maximum six points.
Solida (Kibuli) is aloft the rest in group B (6 points), Kalele (Ntare School) is ahead in group C (6 points).
Kafubs (Ntare school) leads group D (6 points). Another Ntare school team (Machando) is ahead in group E (4 points), Cityzens (Macos) is top in group F (4 points), Record Breakers (UMSSSN) is on the summit of group G (4 points) and on top of group H is the Legends team (Kibuli S.S) with 4 points.
