Vipers Fans’ Cup 2022:
Entebbe Pride 2-0 Five Stars
Entebbe Pride Football Club marched to the knock-out round of the 2022 Vipers Fans’ Cup tournament in style.
This happened after a well worked out 2-0 victory over Five Stars at the Kataka playground in Nkumba, Katabi Town Council on Monday, 6th June.
Francis Ndahula and Allan Bright silenced Five Stars with two well taken goals for Entebbe Pride.
This was Entebbe Prides’ second victory in the campaign which takes them to six points at the expense of Five Stars.
Mapeera is the other club that qualified to the knock out stage of the competition.
Five Stars’ endless woes continue after they were thrown out of the fourth division by the country’s football ruling body, Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) over a fraudulent take over from Kiwafu based Entebbe Leopards.
Therefore, to that effect, Entebbe Leopards was instated following a decision from the FUFA judicial bodies and a total rejection of Five Stars fight through an appeal that was found lacking in evidence.
Meanwhile, Entebbe Pride is yet to play Aidenal in the other Vipers Fans’ Cup duel.
