    The Woman Caught in Viral Road side Sex Video  in Kisoro has said she was offered 5000 shs for the act

    She has been identified as Colodina Mukamulenzi, 24, a Rwanda national living and working in Kisoro as an avocado vendor.

    The man is   29-year-old Paskari Hafashimana, a bicycle transporter who operates from Travelers’ Rest bodaboda stage.

    The act was filmed by shocked bystanders near Kisoro Central Pharmacy in Kisoro Municipality.

    Speaking about the incident shortly after her arrested, Mukamulenzi said she was shocked to learn that she had been filmed.

    She revealed that the man had approached her earlier in the day at her fruit stand and asked for sex and he was willing to pay her Shs 5000.

    “I know him very well; he is from my area… He offered me 5000 for sex and I agreed” said Colodina.

    She also admitted that she was forced into prostitution at an early age, after her parents passed away in Rwanda.

    Area Police spokesman Elly Maate says the two suspects are facing charges of being public nuisance.

    Kisoro has over the years become a hot spot for prostitution, often attracting young children from across the border.

    Rwandan girls and boys, some of whom are students between aged 13 to 18, are lured into commercial sex in hotels, at times facilitated by hotel owners.

    Local human rights groups reported in 2016 that some Rwandan girls in domestic work, who become pregnant and have their employment terminated by their employers and are unable to return to their home villages, and are subsequently exploited in sex trafficking
