

Former Buganda official representing the Entebbe subward was laid to rest on Tuesday at Mende Kalema village, Wakiso district.
Hundreds and hundreds of mourners from the Muslim sect walked miles and miles to the last ‘party’ of Sharifah Nakijjwe Segawa (RIP) after a long illness of cancer.
She died at Mulago hospital after a couple of weeks under intensive care and on oxygen till her last breath on Monday afternoon.
Sharifah Segawa also resident of Kiwafu west village served as Buganda official, business woman before breast cancer taking her lovely life.
Hundreds of mourners including former parliamentarian Muhammad Kawuma, Ex Suubi Fm radio manager Ahmed Bogere Masembe, Ex Division “B” Chairman Stanley Namayirira,Ex Division ‘B’ Chairman Joseph Sesanga, Businessmen & women plus others paid tribute to the late Sharifah as a woman of substance with high integrity and character.
“Sharifah served the locals and neighbors with due diligence till the lord called her after serving her tenure on planet earth without hurting neither anybody nor a bee”, sheikhs revealed.
“This is a learning testimony that all of us have to die when time comes but the biggest question is how do we leave the world with all the things around us”, reads testimony.
“Lots of testimonials and tributes from friends and families to the late Sharifa Segawa for being exemplary in displaying high morals in society and mentoring the young people”.
