    Mayoral aspirant Fabrice Rulinda has broken the silence over his candidature to contest  for the mayorship  seat in Entebbe municipality.

    Speaking at a meeting with NRM party supporters in Kiwafu Central ward said that his the biggest brand for the mayoral race and ready serve as a power engine for development.

    Rulinda at the NRM party meeting organized by the party secretary general Senfuka Tamuzadde  said that his candidature has no question marks this time round just like in the previous parliamentary race in 2016 when the electorates where frustrated on the last minute over health matters.

    “He didn’t  participate in the parliamentary race after having been admitted in hospital over  food poisoning  by un known persons.

    Rulinda  bounces back into political limelight with a sign of dedication and commitment  that  has  muscled-up him up to be one of the biggest brands for  mayorship seat  to contest against several others including the incumbent mayor Vicent Kayanja Depaul, former area parliamentarian Muhammad Kawuma and Micheal Kabwama Mutebi.

    The NRM party has fronted two faces for the mayoral race primaries slated for next month and these are Fabrice Rulinda and Micheal Kabwama Mutebi in a tight contest with super manifestos

    While meeting electorates, Rulinda has pledged in his term in office to change minds of young people to stop begging as a way of survival because of unemployment. The youth have turned it a job to beg and beg which has become the order of the day.

    He noted that the youth have become a problem even to their parents that spend what ever they have for their education and after school many of them get wasted into drinking and other vices.

    Rulinda fired back at  all those questioning his credentials and education  background which has now been answered to all the electorates  to be convinced that the eloquent leader is a financial technologist and born of Entebbe on plot 49 church road.

    He  is not  afraid  to say  what  he thinks, so one never  has  to guess  where  he stands  on a particular  issue. Fabrice  is highly intelligent, self-confident, innovative and creative, and follows projects with an undaunted passion. He is truly a unique individual who can be a great asset to any business utilizing his services.

    He lashed-out to all those promoting nepotism and tribalism that they a wasting time instead of looking at the capabilities and potentiality of any leader. He said his committed to work with all different persons including the rival parties without fear for the development of the municipality to city.

    In related development, Rulinda asked the electorates to vote Hon Rosemary Tumusiime Bikaako for another term in parliament for the prosperity of the municipality. The electorates have the mandate to vote three other candidates to be voted in the Kiwafu central ward and these include LC5 District Councilor Nakato Jacqueline, woman councilor Mutabazi Anne, and councilor Damba Deo.
