Reknown singer and Ghetto President, Mark Bugembe Alias Butchaman is now nursing wounds after earning a thorough beating from Uganda police Force.
The alleged Presidential advisor, Buchaman is currently at Malcolm clinic in Kibuye after locking horns with the NEMA Wetlands enforcement team who were evicting his Ghetto People.
President Museveni’s choice was Buchaman and Catherine Kusasira as his presidential advisors for the ghetto and Kampala affairs, respectively.
