The Entebbe Court and Entebbe Police are badly hunting down for the Capital Pub Bar Boss a one Fred Mirimu after he failed to appear in court on Tuesday over a murder case that he was allegedly involved in with several others. After receiving the summons to appear in court a couple of days ago, the fella developed goose pimples and vanished into thin air coz he is too scared to stand in the dock.
We have established that the foxy fella is hiding in a yet to be identified “cave” coz he isn’t ready to stand in the dock to answer the murder charges together with his co-accused.
Fred Mirimu’s family recently went to Entebbe Police Station and reported that he was “kidnapped” and Entebbe Police has investigated and confirmed that he wasn’t kidnapped and he is just hiding in a “cave” so that Court can give up on the charges.
Fred Mirimu together with his co-accused Musoke Charles, Ssejombwe John, Nangonzi Annet, Ssenyonga Patrick, Rose Namazi (deceased) and Namirimu Agnes were charged with the murder of Muhammad Meddie, their brother who succeeded their late father Senyange. The accused committed the offence in 2009 and the offence died mysteriously after the case files mysteriously went missing at Entebbe Police till the case file was resurrected this year. The murder case was filed at Entebbe Police Station under file number CRB 673/09. The case was adjourned till October 1, 2019.
