    Jailed detective Steven Kitonsa with his wife recently

    Steven Kitonsa, a police informer as well as a crime preventer attached to Entebbe police station has been remanded to Kigo prisons over alleged forgery.

    Court presided over by Entebbe Grade one Magistrate Mastulah Mulondo heard that on 20, June, 2015 in Entebbe Municipality, the accused forged a headed paper in the names of Damalie Nabitaka with intent to grab her property.

    It’s also alleged that on the same date, the accused demanded the property of the complainant. On the same date, the accused further went ahead without letters of Administration to sell land belonging to the complainant Damalie Nabitaka.

    However in his plea, the accused denied the charges levelled against him and he was remanded till 14, August. 2017 when he returns to court for hearing of his bail application.
