The Elite Special Forces Command (SFC) in Entebbe Municipality is in the media for the wrong reasons after a yet to be identified soldier reportedly tortured a Lugonjo-Nakiwogo resident identified as Ssali Musa. Ssali Musa, a 32 year old builder, cleaner and a casual labourer was tortured on Thursday June 1, 2017 by a yet to be identified SFC Soldier guarding Patience Rwabongo’s residence, a daughter to President Museveni after he was allegedly caught urinating in a bush just meters away from the residence.
The tortured victim claims that he was surrounded and arrested by four SFC Soldiers at 2pm while he was urinating and gave him a thorough dose of torture. Ssali claims that out of the four SFC Soldiers who arrested him, only one was very ruthless after he caned him 50 strokes, broke his right arm and also forced him to slash around the area plus forcing him to roll in the mud.
The poor man says that the other three SFC Soldiers pleaded with their colleague to let him go but he couldn’t listen. The poor man says that he was released by the soldier at 8pm very dirty and in a severe pain. He run to Entebbe Police Station and reported an assault case under SD Ref 70/02/06/2017.

The Entebbe Police OC CIID Zachariah Mbabazi confirmed that Ssali Musa reported an assault case which is being investigated and said that the culprits will be reprimanded once they have been identified.
