The Entebbe Nakumatt Branch is having financial troubles and choking on a Shs9.7m debt that was accrued by the bread manufacturing section. The bread manufacturing section which we have positively established as “Mr. Bread” failed to clear the outstanding debt of Shs9.7m that it owed ASA Uganda Limited a supplier. It’s not yet clear what caused failure to pay the debt however on Thursday court bailiff William Mugisha who was accompanied by a lawyer whose names haven’t yet been established stormed Nakumatt Entebbe Branch premises to confiscate the bread manufacturing equipment after Muse Musimbi the Deputy Registrar high court (Execution and Bailiff Division) issued a court order instructing Nakumatt Entebbe Branch to hand over the bread manufacturing equipment for safe custody until further notice.
Sources at Entebbe Police confirmed the raid on Nakumatt Entebbe premises and the high court order to attach and sale movable property of the Bread manufacturing equipment.

Efforts to get a response from Nakumatt Entebbe authorities proved futile as the staff indicated that the Branch manager was reportedly out of office. Efforts to get the branch manager’s telephone contacts for a response over the matter proved futile as the staff refused to disclose his contacts.
