Minister of State for Trade and Antiquities Hon. David Wakikona is a disappointed man after his son identified as Tom Wakikona aka Tom Dola after failing to complete his piloting course at Soroti Flying School. A couple of years ago the rowdy fella enrolled for the piloting course after his Daddy paid all his tuition fees for him to follow in his footsteps after he retired from the Pilot Training School where he was the Top Boss. The bald headed chap has failed to walk out of the flying School after accumulating several retakes and lots of F9’s. And to make matters worse his classmates including Claude Sentabile and Sunday Okweyo graduated and left the flying school. It’s not yet clear why he has failed to complete his course or his head is full of porridge however we have highly established that the bald headed fella spends most of his time cruising his Dad’s car on Ugandan potholes and quenching his beer thirst in Bufundas plus smoking his young lungs like chimney.
