Over Ninety Uganda People’s Defence Air force (UPDAF) Officers were on Wednesday promoted to different army ranks and decorated at a colorful ceremony presided over by the Air force commandant,Maj. Gen Samuel Turyagenda at the army headquarters in Entebbe. The newly promoted officers were decorated with pips in the presence of their spouses and bonkmates although many of them appeared single at the ceremony with no partners warming up their beds while others proved that they sleep like queens and kings by parading sweet hearts at this historical event that happens once in a life time.
