Former Entebbe Municipality Aspiring Member of Parliament Brad Fabrice Rulinda has gone missing from the Entebbe political radar ever since his dream to join Parliament ended miserably. The hunky fella is nowhere to be seen in Entebbe ever since he chickened out of the parliamentary race after several politicians and leaders made noise over his academic credentials and origin of birth. He ended up acting his own movie on Nomination day after his academic credentials were put on the spot and verified for their authenticity. Two weeks ago on Martyrs day he officially buried his political career after he fled his rented apartment in Entebbe. He packed and loaded all his belongings including panties, stocks, forks and spoons on a forty feet (40-ft) truck and smartly sneaked way from the rented apartment located in Kitooro in the wee hours of morning minus even saying bye bye to his landlord and his supporters who fought tooth and nail for him to join the House of Lords. His where abouts aren’t yet to be known.
