Entebbe Based Fish ways company Boss Safaraz Jessa has accumulated a lot of stress on his head ever since his multi-million fish exporting business mysteriously crumbled down. Last year in December the business man sent over 200 workers on ‘Katebe’ after his fish exporting company started falling apart and going to the dogs. Two weeks ago the frustrated workers pinned down the investor before RDC Rose Kirabira plus spilling all his secrets after he failed to pay their four months salaries and weekly wages in good faith amounting to Shs 120m. The aggrieved workers took the burning matter to RDC Kirabira for action after the company boss failed to honor the deal to pay the poor workers who are demanding four months wages and salaries from December 2015 to March 2016.
The business man drafted a letter to RDC Kirabira dated 09/February/2016 promising to pay all the workers but he hasn’t released a single coin which has continued to anger the bitter workers. To make matters worse the fella has been fooling around and playing on the worker’s heads. Meanwhile a couple of months ago the company boss was dragged to Entebbe Police by the members of the Association of Fishers and Lake Users in Uganda (AFALU) after he failed to pay their Shs 1.6bn arrears when they supplied tonnes and tonnes of fish to his company.
